Instructions
1: Rehydrate your bean thread noodle and woodear mushroom with boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and cut into shorter threads. 2: In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, bean thread noodle, woodear mushroom, 4 egg whites, fish sauce, sugar, MSG, and black pepper. Combine well. 3: Heat a large pot or steamer with water over high heat. 4: Spray your 9x5 tin pan prior to adding the egg mixture. Level out using a spoon. 5: Steam for 30 minutes in bread loaf pan with lid on. 6: Take off the lid and gently pour the egg yolk mixture on top and steam for another 5 minutes. 7: Allow to cool before slicing.
